Job Description
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and execution across multiple product lines. You'll create the plan, lead a small team, and drive measurable pipeline and adoption. You're accountable for outcomes from messaging and content to campaigns, channels, and reporting. You will craft distinct B2B and B2C strategies, bring strong creative direction, and execute aggressively across ventures to hit ambitious growth targets.
Impact
- Define segmented B2B and B2C strategies with goals, audience, and channel mix
- Ship a 90-day multiline marketing plan with goals, channels, calendar, and budget
- Stand up operating cadence: weekly reviews, dashboards, and decision logs
- Deliver early wins: website/landing improvements, case studies, and lead-gen campaigns
What You'll Do
- Own B2B/B2C funnels and playbooks (top, mid, bottom funnel), including offers and nurture
- Own end-to-end marketing plan: positioning, messaging, ICPs, channels, content
- Lead a cross-functional marketing team (content, design, paid, SEO, social); manage vendors
- Run campaigns for product launches, services, and growth experiments
- Collaborate with sales/ops for lead handoff, feedback loops, and pipeline quality
- Build marketing analytics: dashboards for traffic, conversion, CAC, ROI; drive decisions
- Establish playbooks for content, case studies, email sequences, and paid performance
- Manage the marketing budget; prioritize high leverage initiatives
- Maintain the website/landing pages with clear offers, proof, and conversion paths
- Run a weekly experimentation cadence (A/B tests, creative iterations, channel trials)
- Provide strong creative direction (briefs, concepts, feedback) to ensure standout execution
Required Experience (Critical)
- Proven B2B and B2C marketing experience with segmented strategies and funnels
- 3+ years B2B marketing with ownership of plan + execution; measurable results
- Experience leading a small team and coordinating agencies/freelancers
- Strong in positioning, content strategy, campaign ops, and performance analytics
- Familiar with modern marketing stack (CMS, email, analytics, SEO, paid, social)
- Clear communicator with bias to action; organizes for accountability and speed
- Demonstrated creativity with portfolio/examples (campaigns, landing pages, ads/content)
- Track record operating in aggressive growth environments (fast iterations, KPI ownership)

- Experience across healthcare or fintech markets
- Services marketing (consulting) and product marketing experience
- Portfolio of campaigns with outcomes and learnings
- Basic design and copywriting capability

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
