The job
This role is a key role in our regional marketing team, helping bring RIB’s global strategy to life in India. You’ll lead meaningful, localized marketing initiatives that support growth, strengthen our brand, and connect closely with prospects and customers. Working alongside an eager & driven sales team and a collaborative global marketing team, this role plays a key part in driving pipeline & sales, building trust in the market, and telling the RIB story. It’s a hands-on role with real influence and visibility across the region.
Key responsibilities
Execute regional marketing plans aligned to global strategy and RIB’s overall business goals
Plan and deliver local campaigns to drive leads, pipeline, and conversion
Manage regional marketing budgets and campaign performance in partnership with the Marketing Director
Build and maintain a strong regional digital presence, including email and social campaigns
Support events, partnerships, PR activities, and customer advocacy initiatives across the region
Essential requirements
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to work closely with sales teams to support pipeline and ROI
