Marketing Manager – Meta, TikTok & Google Ads

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok ads, and Google Ads to lead our digital advertising strategy. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative,and experienced in building high-performance campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, Audience Network), Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, placements, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
  • Utilize Advantage+, machine learning tools, and automated optimization systems to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement and manage Pixel, CAPI, CAPI for CRM, and platform integrations for accurate tracking.
  • Build and manage full-funnel marketing structures including awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Execute Conversion Lift and Brand Lift studies to measure incremental impact.
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and internal dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing Meta, Google, and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
