Key responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies for the radiology department, focusing on market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and branding.
  • Campaign management: Plan, create, and implement both general and specialized campaigns (e.g., for specific procedures) to promote services.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to measure return on investment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting and resource allocation: Manage the social media & B2B marketing budget and allocate resources to the most effective channels and initiatives.
  • Data analysis: Use data to inform marketing decisions and measure results.
  • Patient experience: Work to improve patient satisfaction, potentially by addressing issues like wait times, which can impact business and reputation.

Skills and knowledge required

  • Marketing expertise: A strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and public relations.
  • Healthcare knowledge: Specific understanding of the healthcare industry, patient needs, and regulatory considerations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
