Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies for the radiology department, focusing on market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and branding.
- Campaign management: Plan, create, and implement both general and specialized campaigns (e.g., for specific procedures) to promote services.
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to measure return on investment and identify areas for improvement.
- Budgeting and resource allocation: Manage the social media & B2B marketing budget and allocate resources to the most effective channels and initiatives.
- Data analysis: Use data to inform marketing decisions and measure results.
- Patient experience: Work to improve patient satisfaction, potentially by addressing issues like wait times, which can impact business and reputation.
