Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager/ Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, managing campaigns, and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution additionally Strategy & Planning.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Define and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Brand Management

Strengthen and manage the company’s brand identity across all channels (digital, print, events).

Ensure consistent brand messaging in campaigns, communications, and customer touchpoints.

Digital Marketing

Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Oversee website content, performance analytics, and customer engagement strategies.

Campaigns & Promotions

Plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversions.

Coordinate product launches, marketing events, and strategic partnerships.

Content & Communication

Manage the creation of engaging marketing content, including blogs, press releases, newsletters, and media kits.

Build strong relationships with media outlets, agencies, and external partners.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor members of the marketing team.

Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure aligned objectives.

Analytics & Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.

Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.

Excellent communication (English & Arabic preferred), negotiation, and presentation skills.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in healthcare/technology services (preferred but not mandatory).
