Marketing Manager/Coordinator

Job Summary

Texas Pools & Patios is seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as our internal go-to person for all marketing efforts and to manage our external marketing agency. This role owns marketing strategy, oversees execution, and represents Texas Pools & Patios in all marketing-related meetings. Candidates may work remotely or in-office but must be based in Texas for occasional in-person meetings.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that align with company goals, including digital, social media, print, and advertising campaigns
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media platforms, email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics to maximize reach and ROI
  • Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform marketing plans and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials using copywriting skills and Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings using WordPress, HTML, and analytics tools
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and e-commerce initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics platforms; analyze data to refine strategies for better performance marketing results
  • Manage budgets effectively across campaigns while ensuring consistent branding standards across all channels
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop targeted messaging that enhances B2B marketing efforts and supports overall brand positioning

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics preferred
  • Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze data for actionable insights
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences
  • Experience in e-commerce environments or product management is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints
  • Knowledge of print advertising processes and performance marketing techniques is a plus
