- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote academic programs and admissions.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities (social media, print media, events, seminars).
- Coordinate promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
- Manage institutional branding and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Generate and follow up on student leads and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
- Participate in admission fairs, open houses, school visits, and education expos.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, expenses, and results.
- Build relationships with schools, counselors, educational consultants, and community partners.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding programs and admission procedures.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Fresh Graduates in Marketing Specialization
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office
