Marketing Operations Business Partner

Keeta is looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations Business Partner to drive growth for our strategic accounts portfolio. In this role, you will design and execute category-specific marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and partner closely with sales and operations teams to unlock growth opportunities.

You will sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and commercial strategy, playing a key role in scaling merchant performance and platform impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute category-specific marketing strategies including mega campaigns, brand promotions, and growth initiatives.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end growth funnels to drive GMV and user growth.
  • Leverage user behavior and merchant insights to create tailored marketing solutions for strategic accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance (conversion and ROI) and continuously optimize through data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, resource coordination, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Build and standardize playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to scale marketing impact across categories.

What We Need From You

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or growth roles in e-commerce, food delivery, or internet platforms is required.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and drive decisions through insights.
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, merchant operations, and category dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with dashboards; SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Arabic language fluency is a plus.
