Marketing & Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, organized, tech-savvy and AI fluent individual to support our marketing efforts and office operations. This is a flexible role (full-time or part-time) ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative and technical support to office staff and clients
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and coordinate with vendors for specialized support
  • Serve as a communication hub for internal and external inquiries
  • Organize training sessions, meetings, and team-building events
  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
  • Conduct research and prepare reports for executive review

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in artificial intelligence tools and platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Skilled in collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
