The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining & supporting the standard operations in the Commercial Marketing team. This role will ensure efficiency, productivity and process improvements for each Marketing role & support all marketing retail facing projects partnering with key cross functional teams such as Creative, Retouching, Merchants and Visual.
Marketing Operations
- Process weekly reships for all marketing requests from stores
- Manage current warehouse inventory
- Process Retail Files for release
- Create finalized and accurate mechanicals provided from the creative team
- while maintaining proper scheduling to meet deadlines
- set to proper specifications
- Ensure knowledge of print processes (4-color, PMS, die lines, etc.) and how specific print processes affect execution of final artwork.
- Finalize Files and release to vendor
- Partner with vendors to develop approved drawdowns of the chosen seasonal color.
- Approving vendor proofs
- Route all retail marketing components through internal routing process
- Create jpeg assets for use on Place Marketing and for Visual department
- Create all marketing tools for stores
- Create all Seasonal Marketing guides for stores showcasing seasonal marketing
- Own all marketing release for corporate initiatives around the office
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years in marketing operations field
- Proven creativity with a strong aesthetic sensibility with a graphic background
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Expert in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency in excel
- MAC proficient
