Summary:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting North Oaks’ marketing and communications initiatives by ensuring campaigns, events, and media efforts are executed efficiently and measured effectively. This position is responsible for coordinating events, tracking and reporting campaign performance, and assisting with media planning and buying to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate should have expert interpersonal and communication skills and be highly organized, attentive to details, and able to work on multiple projects at once.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Digital Strategies.

Other information:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience in a professional setting in a marketing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, event planning, or related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Savvy communication skills with internal teams, clients, and outside partners/vendors.
  • Reliable, professional, assertive, and extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize deliverables and resources working across projects, based on scope of work and project goals.
  • Excellent people and communication skills are a must. Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and clinical support staff.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with all media vendors.

2. Work with media vendors to determine ad placement.

    • Plan and maintain media budget for the department.

3. Gather information and examine buying trends to develop successful marketing plans.

    • Analyze competitive market strategies by examining the trends, markets, and products they have in common.
    • Collect business intelligence data from industry reports or purchased sources to delimit trends and to measure the impact of competitors’ marketing activities.

4. Ensure media schedules and invoices are accurate and reconciled.

5. Assist with light copywriting and editing.

6. Track campaigns and prepare performance analysis reports.

7. Maintain marketing file for compliance/HIPPA regulations.

8. Plan and execute organization events including but not limited to grand openings, symposiums, internal celebrations, community events, health fairs, etc.

9. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

10. Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event follow up, including evaluations and ROI measurement.

11. Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed to support organizational goals.

12. Manage multiple projects effectively and accurately while adhering to established deadlines.

13. May be required to occasionally drive as part of job duties.
