The Marketing Operations CRM Specialist & Regional Key User is responsible for maximizing the value of CRM systems by ensuring data quality, driving user adoption, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the North American region. This role integrates marketing operations expertise with Key User responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for CRM-related issues in the region, representing local needs to global teams, and ensuring alignment with global processes. By managing CRM strategy, utilization, training, and reporting, this role supports sales and marketing effectiveness and fosters continuous improvement.

How you'll help the formula:

  • Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous evolution of the CRM platform.
  • Serve as the Regional Key User for core marketing tools (including CRM and tesa’s proprietary pricing tool), representing the region in global communities, driving alignment and best practices, training, support, and marketing operations processes and communicating regular enhancements to the region.
  • Safeguard the integrity of customer and prospect data through accurate collection, cleansing, and segmentation.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline contribution, lead conversion, CRM utilization and more, providing leadership with actionable insights.
  • Build and optimize lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to help sales and marketing engage the right customers with precision and supporting the lead process alongside sales.
  • Act as a CRM advocate, ensuring sales and marketing teams adopt best practices through tailored training, ongoing support, and user enablement through implementation and utilization of the Local Key User concept.
  • Partner with Sales, Local Key Users, Customer Service, and Digital Marketing to ensure CRM functionality supports end-to-end business needs.
  • Ensure smooth data flow between CRM, marketing automation, and customer service platforms to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve CRM-related processes, aligning with global standards while adapting to regional needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key elements for your role:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of experience driving CRM and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to design bold, scalable strategies that position tesa North America as a leader in CRM adoption and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels (SEO, social media, content, email, trade shows, and marketing automation) with the vision to integrate them through CRM.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and processes, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
  • Ability to take the user’s point of view, with strong customer focus and results orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • A natural willingness to collaborate and share knowledge in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong work ethic, open and energetic approach, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Must be able to travel as required up to 15%.
