Marketing Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and execution tasks
  • Update and organize content across CMS, websites and marketing tools
  • Prepare basic performance reports using campaign and website data
  • Create and update presentations, slides, and marketing materials
  • Perform data entry, cleanup and validation for marketing datasets
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling insights
  • Follow defined workflows to complete repetitive marketing tasks efficiently



Requirements

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Slides, web tools)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks independently
Willingness to learn marketing tools, platforms and processes
Reliable, organized and consistent in meeting deadlines
Comfortable reading, writing and understanding English for day-to-day work tasks and communication
