We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in the IT or Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and digital marketing services
- Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT or Digital Marketing sales/business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
