To translate business strategy into clear, actionable Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and to manage day-to-day marketing operations and agency coordination. This role ensures that leadership intent is converted into on-ground campaigns, creatives and lead-generation actions.
This is a tactical execution and governance role, not a strategy or branding role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy to GTM Execution (Critical)
- Translate leadership strategy into campaign briefs and GTM plans
- Convert positioning, pricing and product inputs into actionable creatives
- Ensure agencies clearly understand business intent before execution
- Ensure all marketing output aligns with approved strategy
- Act as the bridge between leadership and agencies
2. Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with all marketing and digital agencies
- Track daily campaign execution and timelines
- Ensure creatives follow approved messaging
- Ensure campaigns go live as planned
3. Lead Flow & Quality Control
- Track daily lead inflow
- Ensure timely handover of leads to sales
- Monitor lead quality and relevance
- Work with sales to address lead quality gaps
4. Agency Performance Governance
- Act as single point of contact for agencies
- Track agency deliverables vs commitments
- Review campaign performance reports
- Highlight underperformance early
5. Sales Enablement Support
- Ensure sales has updated creatives and communication
- Support site visit coordination where required
- Share campaign context and updates with sales
6. Reporting & Control
- Prepare daily and weekly execution reports
- Track campaign status and performance
- Escalate risks and delays early
- Maintain documentation discipline
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5–8 years experience in marketing execution / operations
- Experience working with agencies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with Excel and reporting
- Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
