Location: Fresno, CA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (20 hrs/week)
Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
Tools Provided: Company vehicle (during work hours) and company phone

Beer Monument Works, a long-established local company, is seeking a reliable, results-minded Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help maintain and strengthen our presence in the community.

Beyond daily tasks, this role plays a key part in maintaining and strengthening the company’s public image through consistent, professional presence and disciplined follow-through.

This role blends in-person outreach with light marketing and performance awareness. It is ideal for someone with a marketing background who is confident representing a company publicly, enjoys working independently, and takes ownership of outcomes.

This is not a sales role, but success is measured by visibility, consistency, and contribution to business growth, not just activity.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at assigned locations
• Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships
• Capture simple photos and short videos using a phone
• Post regular updates to online platforms
• Review basic performance insights and trends
• Maintain brief visit notes and activity logs
• Support occasional shop or field marketing projects
• Follow a structured weekly schedule with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate occasional flexibility for special events or meetings, when needed

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in marketing, communications, or business
• Calm, confident, and personable in public settings
• Organized, reliable, and self-directed
• Comfortable reading basic marketing performance data
• Understands that marketing exists to support business growth
• Comfortable driving locally as part of the role
• Comfortable being accountable for consistency and follow-through, not just activity

(Degree preferred but not required.)
