Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as print ads, billboards, radio/TV spots, outdoor advertising, and events.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate internally to design captivating visuals, taglines, and messaging that stand out.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including businesses, influencers, and community organizations.
  • Develop mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements that amplify brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Oversee sponsorships for events, trade shows, exhibitions, and community programs.
  • Represent Nayatel at industry events, ensuring our presence is impactful and memorable.
  • Evaluate the success of sponsorships and partnerships through metrics like brand reach, engagement, and sales impact.
  • Conduct city-wise analysis of campaign results to identify regional performance trends, optimize resource allocation, and tailor strategies to local markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, feedback from partners and customers, and city-specific performance data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.


Requirements:

  • 16 years of education
  • Familiarity with the Pakistani market and an understanding of local consumer behavior, including regional preferences and cultural nuances across cities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure win-win deals and partnerships.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • A passion for connecting brands with communities and creating impactful experiences.
  • The ability to interpret city-wise data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive results in specific regions.
