Marketing & PR Executive (Junior)

Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing & PR Executive to support a fast-paced marketing and communications function in Dubai’s real estate sector. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll be the day-to-day link with our PR agency, keep deliverables moving across teams, and support content and social marketing with strong trend awareness and sharp attention to detail.

You’ll work across brand, content, press, events, and production, supporting initiatives such as market data storytelling, press releases, award announcements, high-end project launches, executive communications, video shoots, and premium events.

PR & Communications

  • Act as the daily point of contact with the PR agency: manage requests, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate talking points, quotes, and briefing notes from the stakeholders
  • Support interview workflows: coordinate schedules, prep background packs, confirm logistics, and ensure approvals are secured on time.
  • Ensure all external comms align with brand tone, positioning, and basic compliance requirements (as relevant to the market).

Social media support

  • Support the social team with trend spotting, content ideas
  • Assist with copywriting when needed: social captions and internal announcements

Campaigns, launches, and internal projects

  • Support marketing rollouts for key initiatives such as:
  • Market updates
  • Project launches and exclusive listings
  • Executive thought leadership support
  • Corporate storytelling updates
  • Investor-facing materials
  • Coordinate creative deliverables with internal designers/videographers and external vendors: briefs, feedback rounds, version control, approvals, and final exports.


Operations & stakeholder management

  • Keep projects moving with clear tracking: timelines, task lists, status updates, meeting notes, and action-item follow-ups.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate and approvals are smooth.

What success looks like

  • PR agency deliverables are on time, on brand, and cleanly approved (minimal last-minute escalations).
  • Press materials are accurate and well-structured, media requests are handled quickly and professionally.
  • Social support leads to faster turnaround
  • Events and shoots run smoothly with strong coordination and attention to detail.

Requirements

Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong project management instincts
  • Social-native mindset: understands what performs on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and can translate trends into brand-appropriate ideas
  • High attention to detail
  • Solutions-oriented
  • Professional, polished communication style when dealing with agencies, media, and senior stakeholders

Experience & qualifications

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in PR, marketing, communications, or social media
  • Marketing agency experience is a great plus
  • Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Jira
