Company Overview

The Marketing Product Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of specific digital products, with a strong focus on empowering the sales team and leveraging customer insights to drive revenue growth. This role blends sales enablement, data-driven decision-making, programmatic campaign management, and precise project execution to ensure digital products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Customer Insights

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the sales team, providing the tools, resources, and product knowledge necessary to effectively present and sell digital offerings.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product overviews, case studies, performance benchmarks, and client-facing reports.
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that align with client objectives.

Analytics, Reporting & Programmatic Management

  • Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and assess ROI for all digital initiatives.
  • Compile and deliver monthly performance reports, including custom eblast metrics, audience engagement, and campaign results.
  • Run advanced audience queries to identify and segment actionable audience groups.
  • Oversee programmatic campaign setup, targeting, and optimization to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and budget efficiency.

Product Delivery & Project Management

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned digital products, from scheduling and development to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
  • Lead LeadGen Pro projects through all stages, ensuring client goals are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate creation, testing, and deployment of custom eblasts, ensuring mobile responsiveness, proper rendering, and error-free delivery.
  • Ensure branded e-newsletters and digital edition eblasts are delivered accurately on time and aligned with quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital product delivery, digital advertising, or sales enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of audience management platforms (Omeda experience highly preferred).
  • Experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns and optimizing performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
