Marketing Project CoordinatorPosition Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, market penetration, and brand engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in marketing planning, social media management, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to organize campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track marketing performance to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Planning & Market Penetration

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for launching products into new markets and expanding existing customer bases.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.

2. Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging and relevant content to increase brand engagement and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Respond to customer interactions and inquiries on social platforms to foster community engagement.

3. Marketing Project Organization & Execution

  • Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and vendors to produce marketing materials.
  • Organize promotional events, campaigns, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in Digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, market research, and brand positioning. Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.). Experience in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop unique marketing approaches.Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

  • Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in event planning and promotions.
