Marketing Project Manager

Strugbits is a global tech and creative agency working with clients across the US, Canada, UK, and the Middle East. We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can own our marketing projects end-to-end — ensuring clients are happy, timelines are met, and our creative and strategy teams stay aligned.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for marketing clients (daily updates, progress tracking, reports).
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure campaigns (social, SEO, content, ads) go out on schedule.
• Coordinate between the Marketing Manager, Creative Lead, designers, SEO, and content teams.
• Prepare and share weekly status updates / reports with clients.
• Keep projects on track, flag risks early, and ensure quality delivery.
• Manage internal marketing projects (Strugbits brand, social media, campaigns).
• Join client meetings, capture feedback, and make sure it flows clearly to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or Client Success Manager (marketing/agency background preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (must be client-facing).
• Understanding of digital marketing basics (social media, SEO, ads, content). You don’t need to be a strategist, but you should speak the language.

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal
Shift timings: 12pm-9pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
