Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to oversee digital marketing projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about driving client results while protecting company values and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing projects (SEO, PPC, social media, email, website projects, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, copywriters, and strategists) to keep deliverables on track.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver progress updates/reports to clients and leadership.
• Identify risks or issues early and implement solutions proactively.
• Uphold company policies related to confidentiality, client data, and non-solicitation of clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
• 3+ years of project management or account management experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships while maintaining boundaries and loyalty to the company.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and marketing analytics platforms.

Work Environment & Conditions

• This role is primarily on-site in Mount Airy, NC. Limited remote flexibility may be considered based on performance and trust.
• Candidate must be willing to comply with the company’s confidentiality, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements, ensuring client relationships remain protected.
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
