Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of client programs across print, direct mail, and digital channels. This is a hands-on role with a path to Director-level leadership. In addition to managing projects, this person will help shape processes, improve workflows, and mentor others as the agency grows.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end project management for multi-channel client campaigns
Build and manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for project execution
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
Manage print and direct mail production schedules, approvals, and mailing timelines
Identify risks, manage scope changes, and resolve issues proactively
Create and refine project management processes, templates, and workflows
Mentor junior team members and support scaling project operations
Qualifications:
5–8+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency or similar environment
Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across print, direct mail, and digital
Strong client communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience with project management tools and reporting
Comfortable taking ownership and helping define how work gets done
Bonus: Experience working with financial services or other regulated industries
Growth Path:
This role is expected to evolve into a Director of Project Management / Marketing Operations position, with responsibility for team leadership, process ownership, and operational strategy as the agency continues to grow.
