Marketing & Proposal Manager

Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead proposal development and marketing initiatives. This role combines RFP/proposal management with internal, external, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead proposal process: kick-off, storyboarding, timelines, reviews, quality checks, and final submission.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pre-Construction, Accounting, and Executives to ensure compliant and compelling RFP responses.
• Support internal communications, fundraising, event planning, and creation of marketing materials.
• Drive external marketing, industry events, and vendor coordination.
• Manage social media, website updates, branding, and digital campaigns to promote Corenic’s capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, proposals, or business development.
• Proposal development experience required (construction preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, social media, and marketing platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
