Overview:
The Marketing Pursuit Coordinator will work in NV5’s Gainesville, Florida office developing quality proposals, presentations, online and intranet content, and marketing collateral in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for producing top-quality proposals and materials while serving our clients with a good mix of professionalism and creativity.
The Marketing Pursuit Coordinator is a motivated, detail-driven, and passionate professional who will support our day-to-day marketing efforts, develop winning proposals, and support our strategic business growth. Experience in Adobe InDesign is required.
This role plays a key part in NV5 pursuit efforts, leading and supporting the creation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that position the firm as a trusted Technical Engineering and Infrastructure Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Support firmwide marketing initiatives by developing marketing collateral, resumes, project sheets, and qualifications packages

Assist with brand-building efforts including presentations, internal and external communications, and special marketing initiatives

Help maintain marketing databases, templates, and content libraries to support efficient pursuit delivery

Maintain company certifications

Mine sales opportunities, maintain sales pipeline, and conduct opportunity research

Partner closely with internal teams across professional consulting service lines, and leadership to gather information and refine messaging
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator, some of which in the architecture/engineering or construction management industry.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign / Creative Suite required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 required

Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) and file-naming best practices

Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, deadline management, and maintaining multiple proposal schedules

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Graphic design and layout skills

Strong attention to detail and quality control (formatting, brand standards, and compliance checklists)

Working knowledge of CRM/proposal platforms to track opportunities, deadlines, and deliverables

Comfort with AI and automation tools to improve speed and consistency is desirable
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Creative / Digital Arts program, or related field preferred
