Location: Remote or In-Person (Atlanta, GA)
Hours: ~10 hours/week
Pay: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Neighborhood Ballet is seeking a Marketing & Sales Assistant to support enrollment and communications with prospective families. This role is both relational and detail-oriented. You will be responsible for following up with leads, maintaining clear and warm communication, and supporting light marketing needs.

This is a great fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys connecting with families while also handling behind-the-scenes tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up daily with prospective families through our enrollment portal (phone and email)
• Communicate with families in a way that reflects our brand: warm, clear, and professional
• Track and manage lead follow-up to support enrollment goals
• Create simple graphics in Canva using existing brand templates
• Make light updates to website content as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (studio, fitness, arts, or service-based background is a plus)
• Experience following up with leads or managing a customer pipeline
• Comfortable communicating both by phone and in writing
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage follow-up independently
• Proficient in Canva
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

What Success Looks Like

Lead Follow-Up

• New leads contacted within 24 hours
• Consistent follow-up with all prospective families
• Strong conversion from inquiry to enrollment
• Thoughtful, consistent follow-up cadence

Communication Quality

• High volume of families contacted weekly (calls + emails)
• Strong response rates from outbound communication
• Clear, warm, and on-brand communication

Creative & Administrative Support

• Canva requests completed within ~48 hours
• Website updates completed accurately and on time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
