We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate with strong business development skills to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Present company services to prospective clients and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, proposals, and presentations as required.

Requirements:

• Must hold Own Visa & EID (mandatory).
• Cancelled Visa also can apply.
• Proven experience in B2B & B2C sales, business development, or lead generation (experience in Facility Management is highly preferred).
• Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Cleaning Services, Pest control services and Maintenance.
