Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive – Domestic (Garment Factory)

Location: Bhinga/Balrampur

Job Purpose

To expand the factory’s business within India by identifying buyers, managing client relationships, and driving sales of garments to corporates, retailers, wholesalers, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and connect with potential domestic buyers (corporates, retail chains, wholesalers, distributors, uniform buyers, NGOs, institutions).
  • Generate leads through networking, trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B portals.
  • Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and negotiate pricing with clients.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed orders while ensuring profitability.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions (e.g., uniforms, bulk orders, promotional garments).
  • Provide regular updates to clients on sampling, production, and delivery.

Marketing Activities

  • Promote the company’s products through catalogues, presentations, and digital marketing (LinkedIn, IndiaMART, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the design/production team to create products aligned with Indian market demand.
  • Track competitor activity and identify new market opportunities within India.

Order Coordination

  • Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure collections as per agreed terms.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and domestic textile/garment market.
  • Familiarity with B2B selling in India (corporates, distributors, retailers).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and online sales platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
  • Hindi, English, and local language fluency preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Textile/Fashion, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in domestic garment/textile sales.

Compensation

  • Fixed salary (based on experience).
  • Incentives on sales achieved.
  • Travel allowance for client visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
