Marketing Sales Representative

Waste Less Works is looking for a individual that is passionate about reuse and building materials with a keen business knowledge base!

One title does not sum up the job but Marketing Sales and Secretarial work is close.

In this role, you will be the vital link between our deconstruction ccrewand the deconstructed building packages and diverse materials products we offer for sale to the public and contractors. Our client base is diverse.

In addition to product sales you will be actively engaging in B2B (business-to-business) sales to expand our deconstruction services market presence. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with construction technical knowledge will empower you to deliver the best customer experience, and build lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts, manage key accounts, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to excellence in the the deconstruction field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, engaging with current and potential clients across western Montana and beyond.
  • Build sales revenue of used building materials and our complete cabin and steel building packages.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Expanding marketing reach and build reproducible systems move product and expand reach.
  • Collaborate with the deconstruction teams to sell product before it hits the yard.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using computer systems

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, especially within the construction industry. Or abikity to learn.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate product information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain systems to sell diverse products to a diverse client base.
  • Experience Office suite includin Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike.
  • Outside sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
