Location: Karachi, Sindh (PK)


Position Summary


This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring seamless budget control, vendor management, and process compliance to support effective campaign execution. This role acts as a key link between Marketing, Finance, and Procurement teams, overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, financial reconciliations, and audit readiness while driving cost efficiency and process improvements. The position also supports on-ground activity monitoring, capability building within the marketing function, and continuous enhancement of operational systems to enable timely, compliant, and impactful marketing delivery in line with business objectives and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end marketing budget aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including PR/PO creation, invoice verification, SES generation, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure smooth financial operations, quarterly reconciliations, and timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain strict compliance and audit readiness by ensuring all marketing documentation, contracts, and approvals meet internal control standards.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, driving automation, system enhancements, and workflow optimization across marketing operations.
  • Provide training and capability building for marketing teams on operational, financial, and documentation processes.
  • Monitor and report BTL and on-ground marketing activities, conducting field visits and ensuring performance tracking and corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial, analytical, and coordination skills, with proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and experience in FMCG marketing finance.



Experience & Qualification


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing / Supply Chain
