We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented marketing specialist to drive growth across our portfolio of healthcare-focused entities: Hands of Hope (HOH), GoBill, and WellCart. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging innovative marketing techniques, including AI and automation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hands of Hope (HOH)—Physical Therapy & Wellness
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly marketing plans for social media, email/SMS campaigns, promotions, and offline activations.

Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality asset implementation.

Monitor daily campaign performance and spending, compiling weekly reports with actionable insights to optimize results.
Lead Generation & Conversion

Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles, website SEO, and various lead sources (e.g., ZocDoc, WebMD).

Track lead routing and status with the conversion team, providing insights from monthly conversion reports to enhance lead nurturing.

Refine conversion strategies through A/B testing and nurturing campaigns, with an emphasis on analyzing and addressing conversion bottlenecks.
AI & Automation Integration

Implement and leverage AI tools for predictive analytics, lead scoring, chatbots, CRM integration, and automated reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign ROI, lead generation performance, and budget utilization.

Conduct quarterly competitive analysis, focusing on pricing, services, and promotional strategies.

Perform market research on new services, potential locations, industry events, emerging market trends, and evolving customer demands.
2. GoBill—Medical Billing Services
B2B Marketing

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and service positioning for B2B offerings.

Proactively contact healthcare providers via their websites to promote GoBill’s credentialing and billing services.

Develop and execute targeted B2B email campaigns, including list generation and segmentation.

Coordinate on-ground marketing events with operations and logistics teams.

Enhance GoBill’s website content and optimize online listings for improved visibility.
3. WellCart—In-Clinic Retail & Products
In-Clinic Activations

Coordinate on-ground promotions, including booths, catalogs, and brochures, with WellCart’s brand manager and clinic operations teams.

Design and distribute compelling digital and print marketing materials to support retail sales.

Initiate and coordinate internal sales contests and similar incentives to drive retail product sales within clinics.
Digital Campaigns

Execute effective email/SMS campaigns and manage Facebook advertisements (where applicable).

Develop and implement exclusive discounts and product bundles for Hands of Hope patients to encourage WellCart purchases.
Requirements:

2+ years marketing experience

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Healthcare marketing experience preferred
