Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct local, regional, and national market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, pricing opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, including campaign strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and advertising like Bayut and Property Finder, to reach target audiences.
- Content Creation: Produce effective promotional materials, such as social media posts, and website content, that resonate with consumers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), create sales plans to achieve them, and identify new market opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Discover and connect with prospective clients, foster customer relationships, and provide product support to establish clear communication channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to marketing and sales initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales initiatives to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
