Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team at Spartan Energy. This role is focused on social media, design, website management, advertising, and event coordination—with a strong emphasis on creating marketing materials, driving engagement, and delivering measurable results. You’ll manage both internal and client-facing projects, helping elevate our brand while keeping our team and clients connected and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and responding to reviews.
  • Develop engaging content and campaigns to build brand visibility and audience connection.
  • Design digital and print assets (ads, flyers, presentations, internal documents, promotional items).
  • Coordinate the design and ordering of marketing materials for employees, clients, and events.
  • Manage and update website content through WordPress, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, social media), track performance, and optimize campaigns for results.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and client-facing events.
  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and platforms.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to guide future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and audience engagement.
  • Experience with WordPress website management (content updates, layout edits, plugins).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising (Google Ads, social media ads) and campaign
  • optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
  • environment.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable—ready to take on evolving projects and responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with event coordination and planning.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and KPI reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
