Job Description - Marketing Intern

Role Description:

HIRSCH is looking for a talented, motivated and coachable Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing Team. This role will be exposed to all facets of marketing, and will have direct impact on the overarching marketing strategies across product campaigns, customer-facing channels (search engines, social media, catalogs, etc.) and partnering with the Sales Team to ensure they have the necessary tools and assets to increase conversions.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

● Collaborate with the Marketing/Art Teams in the creation of customized flyers, eblasts, presentations and catalogs for internal and external clients.

● Assist in planning, overseeing, and executing email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles and press releases.

● Assist marketing & sales in pre-show preparation and execution

● Learn how to navigate, use and maintain the organization’s Marketing CRM (HubSpot) ● Continually evaluate and optimize digital and print marketing to align messaging with marketing goals to maximize ROI.

● Maintain the digital SEO presence for the organization, which includes monitoring and updating industry specific search engines and updating the website/inventory database for accuracy of representation to customers.

● Assistance in managing the showroom and physical marketing assets.

Qualifications:

● A College Degree (either planned, in progress or completed) in either Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or related field preferred.

● Previous marketing or marketing related experience is a plus.

● Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Graphic design skills are a plus.

● Creative Cloud experience is a plus - A basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud required

● Photography/Videography skills are a plus.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
