Join us at Stella Stays as a Performance Marketing Lead and take the helm of our growth journey. We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Campaigns, and Omni-Channel Lead Generation. If you're ready to drive innovation and elevate our brand through data-driven strategies, we invite you to be a key player in shaping the future of Stella Stays.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and staying abreast of algorithm changes.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for conversions, conducting A/B testing, and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content and managing paid campaigns across platforms.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools for segmentation and personalization.
  • Implement omni-channel lead generation strategies for cohesive customer acquisition across various channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools for data-driven decision-making and interpretation.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing principles to align content strategies with performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Email Campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns and measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
