Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a ''Marketing Specialist '' to join our global company operating in medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Localization & Design of Marketing Materials– Adapting global content to the local market: text, visuals, formats, and video editing
• Merchandising Activities – Annual promotional materials: preparation of promotional items for our dealers across Turkey, collecting offers from agencies, creating distribution lists, and managing the dispatch process regular printed materialsProduct
• Launches & Events – Launch events: planning new product and platform launches, managing invitation processes, preparing teaser and mailing content, designing event flow, preparing promotional items, and tracking their dispatch congress & ministry notifications: preparing official submissions, managing their dispatch and follow-up processes
• Digital Content & Customer Engagement – Website updates and content optimization: content, visuals, page layout, and component updates on Sitecore
• Social media content: Visual/video production, copywriting, and scheduling posts
• Salesforce mailing and event communication: Managing invitations, announcements, and campaign mailing processes
• Vendor & Budget Management – Tracking marketing invoices and PO processes: creating, monitoring, and closing purchase orders via Infor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing or communications
• Proficiency in digital marketing, creative tools and social media management: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva; Meta Business Suite
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to work closely with an international team
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative team player
