CronySoft is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign implementation. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in physical and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning
1. Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to target audiences and business objectives.
2. Research market trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
3. Identify and propose innovative marketing opportunities to drive business growth.
Market Research and Analysis
1. Conduct in-depth research to understand target demographics, customer needs, and market demands.
2. Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
3. Translate research findings into actionable marketing strategies.
Campaign Development and Execution
1. Plan and oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and audience preferences.
2. Collaborate with internal and international teams to design and execute campaigns with maximum reach and impact.
3. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet objectives and deliver desired outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
1. Present marketing research and campaign plans to stakeholders and secure budget approvals.
2. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Industry Awareness
1. Stay updated on retail industry best practices, emerging trends, and new marketing technologies.
2. Implement strategies to keep the company’s marketing efforts ahead of the competition.
Physical Marketing and Client Engagement
1. Execute physical marketing initiatives to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and campaign success.
3. Ensure campaigns deliver the intended value to clients and meet organizational objectives.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with expertise in physical and digital marketing.
· Strong understanding of market research methods and data analysis.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate with international teams and manage cross-functional projects.
· Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
· Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and tools.
· Certification in Digital Marketing or related fields is a plus.
What We Offer
