Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across our Tax, Accounting, Legal portfolios. This role will drive pipeline growth through digital channels, performance marketing, and strategic events. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about building scalable demand engines.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaigns
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns tailored to each portfolio.
  • Align messaging with buyer personas across professional segments.
  • Own campaign KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Event Marketing
  • Lead planning and execution of webinars, roundtables, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to maximize event impact.
  • Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including promotion, logistics, engagement, and post-event nurturing.
Digital Demand & Performance Marketing
  • Drive digital demand through paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and social campaigns.
  • Manage performance marketing initiatives including budget allocation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with analytics and content teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Sales Alignment & Enablement
  • Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment and effective lead handoff.
  • Provide sales teams with campaign insights, lead intelligence, and enablement materials.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Continuously test and optimize tactics across all channels.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and SaaS-based marketing, with a strong understanding of subscription models, customer lifecycle management, and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Proven success in digital and event-led marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
