Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing marketing content effectively across multiple markets. You will help us establish a strong brand presence through innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and targeted marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels
• Support brand positioning and market expansion initiatives
• Create and manage marketing content tailored to different audiences
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or digital-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and content optimisation
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with performance marketing, campaign analytics, and reporting tools

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, branding, or related fields
• Strong familiarity with the Moroccan market
• Fluency in French and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing initiatives
