Performance Marketing Specialist – US Market Focus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns (Google Search, Display, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) targeting U.S. audiences
  • Create localized ad copy and creatives tailored to U.S. customer behavior and seasonality
  • Optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and maximize ROAS
  • Work with landing page teams to improve conversions (A/B testing, CTAs, CRO)
  • Target U.S. automotive or real estate audience segments with deep funnel targeting
  • Analyze metrics and provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Retarget and remarket to nurture cold/warm leads via pixel-based tracking and email flows
  • Coordinate with U.S. sales or operations teams to align campaigns with business goals

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on ad campaign experience for the U.S. market
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and CRM-integrated lead funnels
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. buyer psychology and ad compliance standards (e.g., Facebook Ad policies, real estate ad rules, etc.)
  • Deep experience with performance metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Leadsquared, Meta Business Suite, GTM, UTM tracking
  • Ability to handle budgets from $1,000–$10000/day efficiently and deliver ROI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
