Marketing Specialist

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of regional marketing activities across digital platforms, content development, campaigns, events, and marketing operations. You will contribute to strengthening brand visibility, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the consistent delivery of marketing initiatives across the MEA region.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.

3. UAE market experience is essential.

4. Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

5. Excellent content writing and presentation development skills.

6. Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.

7. Basic understanding of CRM systems and email marketing tools.

8. Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

9. Knowledge of CMS platforms and design tools is required.

10. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

11. Background in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts, direct mail, print and digital production, and media coordination.

12. Experience working with agencies, vendors, and marketing suppliers in the UAE.

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

1. Manage daily social media activities, scheduling, and engagement tracking.

2. Update website content, case studies, blogs, and campaign pages.

3. Support CRM activities including contact lists, segmentation, and campaign reporting.

4. Develop marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and sales presentations.

5. Coordinate internal communications and newsletters.

6. Assist in planning and managing regional events, exhibitions, and conferences.

7. Oversee production of marketing collateral and liaise with design, video, and printing teams.

8. Handle marketing administration including LPOs, invoices, supplier records, and budget tracking.

9. Maintain marketing stock levels (brochures, giveaways, merchandise).

10. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.
