Marketing Specialist

The Role
Position Title: Marketing Specialist Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Ajman, UAE About the Client: A premier real estate developer specializing in integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across the Northern Emirates and Dubai. Job Description: § Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and property portals. § Manage social media, Google & Meta ads to generate qualified leasing and sales leads. § Create marketing collaterals, property content, and oversee photography/videography production. § Plan mall events and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
Qualifications: § Candidate must 35 years and below, holding a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. § At least 3 years of UAE experience within real estate, retail (malls), or property management sectors. § Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). § Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management tools.
