Job Summary:
We are looking for Marketing Reporting Specialist who will support key strategic business decisions through the demand planning process by providing clear understanding on drivers contributing towards short term & long-term volume & value growth. Provide in depth insights and foresights using internal and external sources for demand planning to meet business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze the interrelationship of socio-economic variables and their effect on consumer and category dynamics to understand trend shifts on the industry. Support Forecast changes with local economic environment changes and their impact on company and competitor’s business KPIs

Understand factors that drive business performance and inbuild to short term sales/demand plan

Understanding impacts of internal & external factors and developing a long-term forecast to support pricing decisions and business recommendations

Support with deep dive analysis to understand market performance / trends to produce practical and strategic business insights along with recommendations for remedial action

Proactively use all available sources of information and resources to investigate and provide useful insights in response to our key business questions.

Interpret and evaluate performance in the light of competitor activities to support strategic and tactical decision-making

Drive industry analysis and trends including share and volume projections. This involves scenario development and analysis feeding IBPM cycle.

Align marketing deployment and activation activities to commercial requirements

Preparation of materials for the IBPM cycle.
Job Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of relevant work

Data analysis and interpretation

Able to bring both an analytical attitude and a creative problem-solving approach

Previous experience in marketing

Knowledge of data sources

Proficiency in speaking English
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Advanced knowledge of Excel, including proficiency in data analysis, modelling and forecasting

Experience with Power BI

Good presentation & communication skills

Ability to work with cross functions
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

Degree preferably in Statistics, Business analytics or Marketing
