Marketing Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
The marketing Specialist plans, executes, and analyzes marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness.
Job Type: Full Time
Starting Pay: $78,000
Work Location: Livermore
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging, empathetic content for social media, email, blogs, and website
- Manage and grow social media presence with a focus on community engagement
- Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with mental health best practices
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Coordinate partnerships, events, and outreach efforts within the community
- Maintain brand voice that is compassionate, inclusive, and stigma-free
- Travel to various Glom locations and events as necessary
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day.
- Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as needed.
- Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in an office environment.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of marketing experience (healthcare or mental health experience preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media)
- Experience marketing healthcare, wellness, or mental health services
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance considerations
- Graphic design or multimedia content creation skills
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in an often-ambiguous environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups.
- MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
