Marketing Specialist

The Redmond Company is looking for a self-starting and highly motivated individual who has a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and disciplined work habits to join our Marketing team as a full-time Marketing Specialist. This role necessitates the ability to wear many hats and prioritize moving pieces. This new team member needs to be detail-orientated, organized, not afraid to ask questions, and have a drive to take ownership of their responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be our primary content writer and needs to have excellent writing skills and will be leading all efforts in the writing of material for the website, case studies, articles, award submissions and other marketing material. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with conventions, updating marketing booklets, photography of completed jobs, script and video creation, website updates, and coordination of jobsite signs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in marketing, with specific experience in the Construction or A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is ideal
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign), MS office, and CRM software

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Key Competencies

• Excellent writing skills, graphic design capabilities, strong project management, and ability to collaborate with project managers
