Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok with creative content strategies
- Create and manage videos, reels, campaigns, AI visuals, and brand content
- Use AI tools for promotional videos, ads, and digital campaigns
- Execute showroom activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis
- Build relationships with dealers, workshops, painters, influencers, and clients
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and digital marketing initiatives for lead generation and customer engagement
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, videographers, and creative teams
- Monitor campaign performance and provide marketing insights and reports
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Expertise in content planning and management
- Knowledge of AI-based content creation tools
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to collaborate with marketing agencies to run campaigns
- Strong presentation and public dealing skills
- Market research and customer insight analysis
- Brand visibility and customer engagement management
- Understanding of automotive and industrial markets
- Ability to handle digital and field marketing activities
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years in digital marketing, automotive marketing, or brand management
- Experience in social media, AI content creation, and video marketing
- Experience in event marketing and promotional activations is a plus
