Marketing Specialist

Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok with creative content strategies
  • Create and manage videos, reels, campaigns, AI visuals, and brand content
  • Use AI tools for promotional videos, ads, and digital campaigns
  • Execute showroom activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events
  • Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis
  • Build relationships with dealers, workshops, painters, influencers, and clients
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and digital marketing initiatives for lead generation and customer engagement
  • Coordinate with designers, vendors, videographers, and creative teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide marketing insights and reports

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • Expertise in content planning and management
  • Knowledge of AI-based content creation tools
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing agencies to run campaigns
  • Strong presentation and public dealing skills
  • Market research and customer insight analysis
  • Brand visibility and customer engagement management
  • Understanding of automotive and industrial markets
  • Ability to handle digital and field marketing activities

Preferred Experience

  • 2–5 years in digital marketing, automotive marketing, or brand management
  • Experience in social media, AI content creation, and video marketing
  • Experience in event marketing and promotional activations is a plus
