Marketing Specialist At Nola Brunch & Beignets

Nola Brunch & Beignets is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for marketing, in depth knowledge of the digital media landscape, and strong critical thinking skills. The candidate must have a strong marketing background. The position is full time with mandatory Saturdays and Sundays.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, processes, and tasks.
• Must always be professional, friendly, and a team player.
• Possess the ability to handle stress and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to complete daily/weekly/monthly tasks as assigned.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Report to work in a punctual manner, with minimal absenteeism.
• Be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Job Duties

• Upholding the Nola customer service standard in guest interactions.
• Create content that aligns with our brand image, values, and objectives.
• Create marketing ideas and campaigns, keeping with the restaurant brand
• Create and maintain a marketing calendar and schedule.
• Track success and failures of all marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other content creators and marketing team to plan and develop content strategies.
• Monitor digital content on social media platforms and online to stay updated with trending topics and user preferences.
• Ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Foster and maintain guest relationships by sharing content, tagging individuals, and online interactions.
• Track success and failures of all marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe.

Pay

• $20.00-$22.00/hour with the possibility to convert to a salaried position
