Marketing Specialist & Designer

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-oriented Marketing Manager & Designer to assist the marketing team with national and local marketing efforts across our expanding franchise system. This individual will be responsible for assisting and executing the company's marketing strategy in alignment with overall brand goals, operational priorities, and franchisee success. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes initiative, excellent at task management, collaborates well across teammates, franchise owners, suppliers and other partners, and blends creativity with analytical discipline. We are looking for a candidate with some experience in design, able to assist in developing campaign strategy, and administrative tasks to enhance our marketing efforts.

Please note, this is a part-time position, from 9-5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, in person in Boca Raton.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following core duties (including, but not limited to):

1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in executing national marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals and franchise growth objectives
  • Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and local channels
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate company priorities into actionable marketing initiatives
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all franchise locations and marketing touchpoints
  • Contribute to campaign planning, timelines, and performance tracking

2. Creative Design & Content Development

  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, print materials, signage, and promotional assets
  • Assist in developing creative concepts that align with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Maintain and evolve brand templates for franchisee use
  • Support content creation efforts, including visual assets for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure all creative materials are visually compelling, on-brand, and delivered on time

3. Franchisee Marketing Support

  • Serve as a marketing resource for franchise owners, providing guidance on local marketing execution
  • Assist franchisees with customization of approved marketing materials and campaigns
  • Support onboarding of new franchisees with marketing tools, assets, and processes
  • Help monitor and evaluate franchisee marketing efforts to ensure brand compliance and effectiveness
  • Gather feedback from franchisees to improve marketing systems and support

4. Digital Marketing & Performance Support

  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling, asset creation, and engagement tracking
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, and reporting
  • Track key marketing performance metrics and help prepare performance summaries
  • Support paid advertising coordination with internal teams or external partners

5. Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and suppliers to execute marketing initiatives
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for outsourced creative or media projects
  • Ensure vendor work aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
  • Assist in coordinating co-branded or partner marketing opportunities

6. Marketing Operations & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized marketing asset libraries and shared systems
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal task tracking
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing related to marketing activities
  • Help document marketing processes and standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing workflows and systems

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or finishing up a Bachelors program in a related field
  • 2 years of marketing experience, either via internship or in a professional setting
  • Eagerness to learn, and ability to accept direction
  • Design experience with Adobe Suite and Canva, preferred video editing experience
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM tools).
  • Ability to remain organized, and balance multiple projects and tasks with deadlines
  • Strong writing skills, especially for campaign copy and marketing collateral.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when reaching out to franchisees and preferred industry vendors
  • Ability to think outside of the box, and come to the table with creative ideas and suggestions

Preferred:

  • Franchise marketing experience
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,CRMs, Constant Contact, Call Rall).
