Marketing Specialist & Lead Generation Expert | HAZS.pk

Location: 6th Road, Rawalpindi
Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: PKR 60,000 + Commission
Reporting to: CEO (Hamza Ali Zafar)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for B2B lead generation.
• Create, test, and scale ad creatives, copywriting, and targeting strategies for international clients.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
• Develop and manage marketing funnels — from ad → landing page → lead → booked call → client.
• Track and report campaign performance using metrics like CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Coordinate with the content & design team to align social media, ad visuals, and email creatives.
• Manage social media posting calendars (as a plus) to support overall marketing goals.
• Research trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities to position HAZS.pk as a leading creative agency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience running international campaigns (US, UK, UAE, or similar markets).
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of creative industries (video editing, content creation, marketing agencies) is a big plus.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and meet lead generation targets independently.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: PKR 50,000-80,000/month
