Marketing Specialist (Sales Background)

About the Company:
We are a growing tire trading company in Dubai engaged in local and export trading. We are looking for a highly motivated and aggressive Marketing Specialist with strong marketing exposure and a solid sales representative background who can contribute to market expansion and business growth.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing experience combined with practical sales exposure, particularly export in trading industry and B2B markets. The role requires strong MS Excel reporting skills, email marketing knowledge, and the ability to negotiate pricing and structure deals within the UAE trading market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement aggressive marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase sales.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and export markets.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and digital outreach to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence.
• Prepare sales reports, marketing performance reports, and demand forecasts using MS Excel.
• Support management with data-driven marketing insights and reporting.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms with customers and trading partners.
• Assist in deal structuring and closing trading agreements within the UAE and export markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in trading companies.
• Background as a Sales Representative or Sales Executive is highly desirable.
• Experience in export trading and international market exposure.
• Strong MS Excel skills (reporting, pivot tables, sales analysis).
• Knowledge of email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation, pricing, and deal structuring skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment and execute aggressive market development strategies.
